The new Bluetooth technology is simply a wireless method for making personal area networks. It's range is approximately 20-30 feet [10 metres] and with a speed that is comparable to USB. Today, you can find cell phones, GPS devices, personal computers, printers and a number of other devices can be linked by Bluetooth technology. Bluetooth car kits are usually pretty fuglicious, but Bluetrek is showing off a couple sunvisor-mounted NXT speaker-based units here at CES that are actually pretty nice.
